ATS operates through three specialist divisions: Interiors, Building, and MEP. Alongside the traditional route to procurement, we also provide a full turnkey solution — when requested — by working with trusted architectural and MEP design partners, or by leveraging our own in-house Interior Design and MEP teams. This enables us to seamlessly manage projects from concept and schematic design through to detailed design and construction delivery. Reaching new heights at DXV 🏗️ Our vertiport project with Skyports has now hit a major milestone, with the structure topped out and the deck concrete pour complete. The build stands at around 60% progress and is tracking on schedule toward completion in Q1 2026. ATS is proud to be helping turn Dubai’s advanced air mobility vision into reality.
“Topping out” complete ✅ Our “DXV” vertiport has officially reached its highest point in the build, marking 60% completion. To mark the occasion, we conducted a final ceremonial “topping out” concrete pour on the deck, attended by Skyports’ CEO, Duncan Walker, Bonny Simi, Joby Aviation and Ahmed Hashem Bahrozyan, CEO of Public Transport Agency at Dubai Roads and Transport Authority. The build is on track, with completion scheduled for Q1 2026. Three more vertiports are planned for Dubai Marina, Dubai Downtown and Palm Jumeirah, with network completion (and commercial flights) scheduled by the end of 2026 – bringing the world’s first electric air taxi service online. STEP INSIDE: Seafire Steakhouse, Atlantis Dubai At the heart of Atlantis Dubai, ATS proudly completed the refurbishment of the iconic Seafire Steakhouse, where craftsmanship meets fine dining. Our scope included the replacement of floor carpets, installation of bespoke joinery and loose furniture, acoustic ceilings, elegant banquet seating, wooden flooring, and a striking feature wall, all tailored to enhance the restaurant’s warm and luxurious ambience. A refined transformation that blends comfort, acoustics, and design, delivering an elevated dining experience worthy of Seafire’s legacy.
