Change is accelerating across every industry, yet many organisations are still grappling with the balance between delivering change and building the capability to sustain it. The data paints a clear picture. 💬 Only 39 percent of employees feel confident adapting to change 💬 Over half experience change fatigue from overlapping initiatives 💬 Nearly three quarters say programme delivery is prioritised over capability development 💬 Thirty eight percent of senior leaders would prefer to resign rather than lead another change initiative These findings are confronting, but they are also a call to action. The insights show a real appetite for capability uplift. Eighty percent of respondents expressed a strong interest in building change capability, and many are already experimenting with informal learning approaches like mentoring and peer coaching. The opportunities are right in front of us. embedding capability into leadership learning, formalising measurement, securing investment, and connecting development with operational outcomes.
