Serving Connection, Culture and Culinary Excellence at Kambalda Village. Recently, celebrity chef Jenny Lam joined forces with our talented chefs and kitchen team at Kambalda Village to create a phenomenal culinary event for both residents and the local Kambalda community. Over two days, the team celebrated food and connection. It began with a heartfelt thank-you lunch for locals who keep the community thriving, followed by a vibrant street food dinner that brought together 450 residents and more than 70 locals. The menu showcased authentic Vietnamese flavours, offering a true feast for the senses. Celebrating Trans Awareness Week Trans Awareness Week is a time to honour trans and gender-diverse people, celebrate trans joy and the beauty of living authentically. We are proud to announce the launch of our Gender Affirmation Toolkit, an important new internal resource designed to support our trans and gender-diverse workforce and ensure safe, inclusive and respectful workplaces across our business. Additionally, through our partnership with Pride in Diversity, we deliver training and awareness programs that build understanding and strengthen allyship throughout our teams. These initiatives support all LGBTQ+ identities, including trans and gender-diverse people. We also participate in the Australian Workplace Equality Index, helping us measure progress and keep improving.
