Construction advancing at 907–913 Collins St, Victoria Harbour. The 24-storey tower rises on Melbourne’s waterfront. 🏗️ The project, delivered by Lendlease and designed by Cox Architecture, has now moved into the superstructure phase, with the core climbing and initial suspended slabs in multiple zones. Three tower cranes are active on site supporting vertical construction and materials handling. Once complete, the development will deliver 499 studio, one, two and three-bed apartments, within the $1.5bn Collins Wharf precinct. The building is designed with a five-storey podium and includes amenities such as a lap pool, gym, sauna/steam, rooftop terraces, business lounge, podcast/music rooms and more. The precinct has recently secured approvals for 915 additional apartments across three new towers (915-1055 Collins St).
