We’re incredibly grateful to have been part of the Employer Innovation Lab, hosted by CYDA & SVA. A truly eye opening and energising experience that brought together employers, young people with lived experience, and sector leaders to co-design more inclusive, accessible, and meaningful employment pathways. We’re proud of the inclusive culture we’re building, but this experience reminded us that inclusion isn’t a box to tick, it’s an ongoing commitment. It means designing with accessibility in mind from the start, offering flexibility and choice at every stage, and valuing lived experience as essential expertise. A heartfelt thank you to CYDA, SVA, and the incredible young people who generously shared their insights, feedback, and stories. We left the Lab with renewed purpose and practical ideas to keep improving and we’re committed to continuing this work alongside others who share the vision of a workforce where everyone can thrive. Special thanks to Rachel Leach & Tammy Pullaperuma for their incredible work on this initiative.

📣 CELEBRATING VOLUNTEERS 📆 National Volunteer Week 2025   In the past year, volunteers have been in action at Spark events all over!   💚 67 went out in '80s theme at Olivia's Walk for Wellness 💛 97 lit up the night at UNICEF Dusk to Dawn 🩵 321 were in the thick of the action at the Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race 💙 62 supported strides for young lives at the Monash Children's Hospital Walk 💜 150 were all in for kids' health at Walk for Kids with Cancer 🩷 1500 came together to help women forever at the Mother's Day Classic   Thank you for being an invaluable part of events. And in what seemed like a 2 second pit stop… the Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix is complete for another year! Our team is grateful for our involvement as the provider of Patron Services and Corporate Host Workforce every year. The opportunity given to our 750+ strong Casual Workforce, and our Head Office team, to contribute to a Major Event on a global scale like this, is why we exist. Congratulations and thank you to the Australian Grand Prix Corporation, the support and collaboration between our teams is exceptional, every year we break new ground in customer service and experience.
