Venue Management Association (Asia and Pacific) reposted this
A few days on from the Venue Management Association (Asia and Pacific) Leadership Institute, and I’m still reflecting on what an incredible experience it was. Huge thanks to Ticketmaster Australia and Gavin Taylor for the opportunity and support to attend. Learning alongside such a talented cohort was a highlight. Their openness and collaboration made every discussion richer and more impactful, and the relationships built will be invaluable moving forward. Thank you to the instructors for sharing their experiences with honesty and depth. Their practical perspectives and willingness to discuss both wins and obstacles made the learning real and relevant. Leadership is not about having all the answers; it is about creating the environment for collaboration and growth. "None of us are as smart as all of us." If you get the chance to attend the Leadership Institute, take it. You will gain insights and connections that make a real difference. #Leadership #ProfessionalDevelopment #VenueManagement
