SSPE is REAL.. Please save our children... This is a pre- and post-picture of a normal child who contracted Measles at an early age, and then had a regression of milestones at 5 years, secondary to SSPE. He was a normal school-going child, and within a month, he regressed in his motor and cognitive milestones and became bedridden. This is for all those who are scared of giving the Measles vaccine in fear that it may cause Autism. Although studies still have to prove this correlation, SSPE is real, proven, and disastrous.

Social media connected us, Nepal to India, and then we became a family. We together turned a nonverbal sweetie into a bright, verbal cutiepie. Diagnosed with moderate autism, early intervention turned him into a verbal kid. This is a staunch example of how persistence, belief, and methodology can change the trajectory of life. In the journey, my team, my therapist, and every member of the CONTINUA family contributed in the best possible way. We are unstoppable.... #Continuakids

🌱 My Journey: From General Pediatrics to Developmental Pediatrics 🌱 As I look back at my professional journey, I feel grateful for the path that shaped me into who I am today. I began my career as a General Paediatrician, caring for children’s health needs in the most holistic sense. Over time, however, I realized that many children and families needed something more—guidance, support, and expertise in areas that were often overlooked: development, behavior, learning, and mental health. That realization became the turning point of my career. I decided to walk the path of a Developmental Paediatrician. This journey has been deeply fulfilling—supporting children with Autism, ADHD, Learning Difficulties, Developmental Delays, and Emotional-Behavioral challenges, while also empowering parents, educators, and communities to understand and nurture every child’s potential. Each child I meet reinforces my belief that every child is unique, every child can thrive, and every child deserves to be understood beyond milestones and diagnoses.
