Manual work, scattered systems, messy data formats. Every quote delayed. Every entry retyped. Every error, one too many. These are familiar challenges for all underwriting teams. But what if that entire workflow could be automated? Introducing PlanScan AI, a competitive intelligence platform built for health insurance. Here's how it works.

A leading CPG brand was ready to move faster while staying aligned with what consumers actually respond to. That's where we stepped in. We analyzed years of testing data, uncovered the patterns behind winning fragrances, and built a decision model that reshaped how early choices get made. The result? Faster calls, clearer direction, and a new pace of innovation.

AI investment has surged by roughly 74% this year and is poised to grow further next year, according to a recent Deloitte survey. This was one of the key themes that industry leaders discussed at our flagship roundtable, hosted in the Bay Area 2 months ago. True to its name, this was Not Another AI Conference but a space for leaders at different AI maturity stages to share real stories, real impact, and lessons learnt along the way. If you missed it, here are the highlights - https://lnkd.in/gqMMD46G

Legacy or inefficient Enterprise Data Warehouses slow teams down, drive up costs, and make it harder to use AI in any meaningful way. The real question now isn’t whether to modernize, but how to do it without disrupting the business. Our new blog unpacks the answer, featuring insights from Sunil Kalra and Jordan Thomas from our recent webinar. Read more: https://lnkd.in/g6vpVDb7

Building leadership skills doesn’t always have to happen in the boardroom! We recently wrapped up our first two-day outbound learning workshop for our key talent, hosted in collaboration with Pegasus Learning Unbound. We call it Lambda Vanguard, with Lambda symbolizing transformation and growth, and Vanguard representing those who lead from the front. As part of our Business Transformation Leadership Development Initiative, this workshop brought together strategy, innovation, and analytics through hands-on, experiential learning. The program focused on understanding self and others, strengthening collaboration, communicating with impact, following through on commitments, and driving executional excellence. Across two days, participants trekked, camped, tackled team challenges, navigated obstacle courses, and gathered around the bonfire for reflection circles, using every experience to build leadership muscle in real time. This is one of many experiential learning journeys ahead as we continue strengthening our talent pipeline.

We were recently at the 4th GCC Leadership Conclave 2025, contributing to discussions on the evolving role of GCCs. Here’s what stood out: - GCCs are stepping up from support centres to strategic innovation engines, driving enterprise growth and value, with India emerging as a global GCC powerhouse. - AI is moving from pilots to real-world impact. AI-powered Enterprise Digital Twins and intelligent agents are becoming predictive, adaptive, and increasingly autonomous, helping organisations improve forecasting, efficiency, and scenario planning. - Strong data, cloud, and integration foundations are essential to scale these digital-first, AI-led initiatives. - GCCs are evolving into platforms that nurture global leaders, with talent focused on adaptability, curiosity, and continuous learning. - Cyber resilience, compliance, governance, and ESG are now core priorities as GCCs accelerate their digital transformation. The next chapter for GCCs is already taking shape, and we’re excited to be driving this conversation forward. Arjun Dayalan | sabari kumar

A healthy culture grows when people can talk openly, ask questions, and feel supported. That’s what we strive for at LatentView, where connection sits at the heart of how we work. Through sessions such as the Milestone Luncheon, Leadership Unplugged, and Coffee Conversations, teams engaged with our CEO, Rajan Sethuraman, and our CHRO, Remadevi Thottathil, in a comfortable setting. It opened the door for thoughtful exchanges and new perspectives. We look forward to more moments that bring us closer and keep our culture thriving.

LatentView was recognized as a Supply Chain Analytics Leader in the ISG Provider Lens Report for Specialty Analytics Services last year, and it was exciting to celebrate this milestone in person at the ISG Sourcing Industry Conference in Dallas, TX. Our experts, Manigandan K and Colleen Donohue, were present at the event to receive the award. They had a great time networking and exploring what’s now and what’s next in the world of supply chain.
