Transparent, explainable, and built to replace manual filtering. 2️⃣ Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) → New accounts can now log in with Microsoft Entra ID. Enterprise-level security with zero passwords. 3️⃣ Redesigned Invite Flow for Sourcing → Recruiters now get a guided sending and tracking experience, while job seekers receive all invites in a clean, dedicated Inbox inside their TG profile. 4️⃣ AI Job Builder refinements → Step 1 is now cleaner and faster. TRC reminded us that hiring is evolving fast, but it works best when people remain at the center. Here are some of our takeaways: 1️⃣ - As companies move to hire the workforce of tomorrow, they must balance AI adoption with the need for human connection and continuity. 2️⃣ - The situation is not fully bleak for new graduates.
