Since I was moved from Sazka Mobil to Vodafone, everything has become a struggle. Buying credit in the app is easy, but buying internet/data is almost impossible to find. When my data runs out, there’s no clear option to top up, and even the AI assistant can’t help. I’m honestly thinking about switching to another operator just to avoid this stress, but I don’t want to lose my original Sazka number. Vodafone really needs to make buying data simple and visible in the app.

App language cannot be changed in the system and when I change it in app, it doesn't remember it. It cannot be used to buy more data when data are already spent. There is no longer widget that shows current avilable data.

Better then the previous app for sure. But still too many buttons that just take me to a webview that often has issues knowing who I am/whether I am logged in, if I'm event accessing it through the app or via a web browser etc. Would be nice if more (ideally all) stuff was handled natively.
