Bronwyn Raso
Partner and Head of Engagement
Bronwyn helps clients make high stakes decisions with confidence by connecting them to the voices of diverse stakeholders in a way that protects their reputation and keeps their project on track.
An expert in both strategic communication and complex stakeholder engagement, she loves nothing more than diving in to understand a client’s problem, developing and implementing a strategy, and becoming a trusted adviser in the process.
Most recently she has been working closely with our in-house insights and digital team to scrutinise and assess developments in AI-assisted engagement to bring the best ones to clients.
Bronwyn has been working in the field for over 25 years and extensively for local and state government, government agencies and the private sector across a diverse range of projects crossing energy, health, infrastructure and planning, transport, housing, and sustainability.
She is qualified in the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) approach to engagement, an independent judge for industry awards and the independent engagement auditor for the Level Crossing Removal Project Southern Program Alliance Infrastructure Sustainability Council assessment.
While consulting has always been her passion, she has also worked within government, developing an appreciation of its unique operating environment and the intersection between the department and the ministerial office it serves.
She has received an Award for Excellence from the Public Relations Institute of Australia and is a graduate of the University of Melbourne and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

One day it dawned on me, not everyone likes strategy and complexity. Weirdly enough, I actually get a buzz from solving tricky problems.
