What does it mean to design with a true sense of place? At the recent Phuket Real Estate Forum, BLINK’s Founder and Creative Partner, Clint Nagata, joined Martin Palleros of Tierra Design (Thailand) Ltd. and Sarinrath Kamolratanapiboon, Executive Director at dwp. to explore how place-making and sustainability are shaping the future of development. Clint shared his belief that great design begins with understanding the land and culture, and by creating spaces that feel timeless, grounded, and deeply connected to their setting. As destinations like Phuket evolve, there’s a growing focus on developments that blend living, investment, and experience in meaningful ways. The conversation reflected a shared commitment to designing with purpose: where authenticity, legacy and landscape are at the heart of the blueprint. It’s a path BLINK has long championed: crafting journeys that bring people and place together. #BLINKDesignGroup #C9Sessions C9 Hotelworks

About us
We are a collective of bold thinkers. Our open-minded approach allows us to explore ideas with a restless enthusiasm and take our clients somewhere new. Our travels, the people we meet, the cultures and landscapes we immerse in, serve as rich inspiration. We explore ideas with a restless desire to take us beyond the expected, unearth the unique and inspire those around us to think bolder. Every journey we take is different, influenced by experiences shared with each client. They all arrive at meaningful, respectful and memorable spaces that touch both people and place. As the luxury hospitality market changes and adapts, looking for new inspiration and experiences, we continually reconsider and develop. Currently, we are collaborating with a new era of hospitality entrepreneurs. By sharing their energy and imagination, we are challenging ideas and making spaces that reward each client and reach every guest.

This month, we mark the opening of our London studio and share a conceptual resort in Bodrum that explores sculptural lightness and layered materiality. We reflect on recent design conversations led by Clint Nagata, celebrate an award win for Six Senses Kyoto, and spotlight Nam from our Bangkok studio, a reminder that it’s the people behind the projects who define us. #BLINKDesignGroup #ThisIsNow

Hello London. We are thrilled to be setting down roots in one of our favourite cities and creating a new creative hub to work more closely with our European clients and partners. A new studio, a new chapter. #BLINKinLondon #DesignWithoutBorders

Whether shaping early concepts, mentoring younger designers, or translating complex ideas into calm, intuitive spaces, Nam brings clarity to every stage of the design journey. As a Lead Designer, he’s known for his collaborative spirit, thoughtful process, and ability to turn listening into creative leadership. We sat down with Nam to discuss designing with empathy, leading by example, and why great ideas are always a collaborative pursuit. #BLINKDesignGroup #ThisIsUs #WeAreExplorers

Along Bodrum’s Aegean coast, our Building Design team envisioned a resort that responds directly to the land’s rhythm. The concept reimagines luxury as stillness and space. Here, architecture dissolves into landscape. Every experience is guided by nature. Arrival becomes a reveal at the highest point of the site. The villas rise gently among forest and light. The village at the shoreline celebrates connection, culture, and calm. At the heart of the resort, the marina and dining spaces reflect Bodrum’s spirit of gathering. Overwater restaurants extend across the bay. An underwater wine cellar offers a quiet moment of magic beneath. Though unbuilt, the project defines BLINK’s approach to designing with nature. Its architecture belongs to its setting, shaped by people and place. To read more, visit: https://lnkd.in/daeQkCea #DesignWithNature #Bodrum #Architecture #QuietLuxury #ResortArchitecture
