“5 Things for Your Mental Health” was tested with 23,000 readers, and 27% rated it as excellent. It made me realise—if certain books, ideas, people, and moments hold me together when I need them, they’re worth sharing with all of you too. Here’s the first weekly edition of 5 Things. Hope it finds you on a good day (or makes a hard day lighter). Would love to know what you think :) https://lnkd.in/dq_JdH8G #mentalhealth

  • Okay… honesty hour. There are trainings you attend because you “should,” and then there are the ones that completely shift how you show up in the room. EFT is the second kind. And getting to learn it live from Kanika Choudhary who actually practices it at an advanced level? Yeah… that doesn’t come around often. If you’ve ever struggled with clients getting emotionally stuck, shutting down, or looping… this masterclass will give you skills that most therapists wish they had earlier. Low-key? This is one of those “if you know, you know” opportunities. Don’t be the one who hears about it after. • 1 in 3 men say they felt significantly lighter after simply being heard. Men often grow up learning to “handle it,” to stay strong, stay silent, stay steady. But strength isn’t the absence of struggle it’s knowing when to reach out. Today, we’re also proud to spotlight the men who hold space for healing. Kedar Sharma Safal Srivastava Nguyen Viet Phuong Joshua Matthew Lee Stefanus Suryono and many more ⭐ The men who listen without judgment. The men who remind you: you’re not alone, and never have to be. Meet our male therapist supporting thousands through stress, identity, relationships, burnout, pressure, and more. 💆♂️ Ready to begin? • Three years ago, when Diksha Agrawal walked into MindPeers, she wasn’t just joining as our Finance Manager, she was stepping into a role that would quietly become one of the backbones of this company ⭐ In these three years, she has handled numbers, chaos, timelines, and everything in between and somehow made it all look effortless. The grace with which she manages high-stakes work is something we admire every single day 💯 But beyond the spreadsheets and reconciliations, it’s her kindness, patience, and supportive nature that make her truly exceptional. She brings balance not just in our books, but in the way she shows up for people. Diksha, thank you for being the heartbeat behind the scenes. Thank you for your integrity, your consistency, and the warmth you bring into the team 💛

  • At Therapeers, we believe there's a silent epidemic affecting our community of therapists: the Confidence Gap. It's that space between what we learned in college and what we face in the therapy room. Between the client's overwhelming needs and our fear of not being enough. We have seen brilliant therapists leave the field because this gap felt too wide to cross. But what if you could: ▫️Look at a client's self-harm urges and know exactly how to respond? ▫️Hear relationship conflict and have a clear path to teach communication skills? ▫️Watch emotional dysregulation and have multiple tools to restore balance? This isn't a distant ideal. It's the practical outcome of moving beyond simply understanding DBT to integrating it into every session. Swipe through to see our 4-session journey from uncertainty to mastery. We're here to close the Confidence Gap for good. Your clients need you to have these skills. You deserve to feel this confident. DM us to enrol. • Five years is no small milestone and what a remarkable five years it has been! This month we are celebrating 5 Years of Abhishek S. at MindPeers ⭐ When Abhishek S. had joined us there were no grand systems, no perfect SOPs but just a dream, a big purpose, and a lot of hustle. And in the middle of all that chaos, stood a calm, steady presence: Abhishek. Over the years, he didn’t just solve operational bottlenecks , he built the backbone. He didn’t just handle customers, he protected trust. He didn’t just “support” ,he became the safety net for all of us. What makes this journey special isn’t just his skill, it’s his patience, ethics, and trust. The way he takes challenges head-on without losing his cool. The way he supports every teammate like a silent force keeping the wheels moving. Today, as we look at how far MindPeers has come : thousands of sessions, multiple teams, countless lives supported, we also look at the people who quietly made it possible. Abhishek S., thank you for being that unwavering pillar. Cheers to the impact you’ve made and the legacy we continue to build every day! 🌟

The agreement follows sustained discussions between the University administration and the Student Bar Association, National Law Institute University Bhopal (SBA). NLIU Bhopal already has a full-time counsellor on campus, and this partnership is positioned as an additional measure to expand the scope and accessibility of mental-health services for students. Through this collaboration, every student will have access to unlimited online counselling sessions conducted by trained and certified mental health professionals associated with MindPeers. These sessions will be available confidentially via the MindPeers platform. With both offline and online modes of support now available, National Law Institute University, Bhopal becomes one of the only National Law Universities to establish a hybrid framework intended to accommodate varied student needs and preferences. The SBA noted that this development is aimed at ensuring broader and more flexible access to mental-health assistance. #NLIU #Mentalwellbeing #NLU #Mindpeers #NationalLawUniversity
