💡 Beyond a Partnership: We're Carrying Dr. Jane Goodall's Legacy Forward The world recently mourned the passing of Dr. Jane Goodall (1934-2025), but her most powerful belief remains: "What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make." ✨   MAKALOT is honored to partner with the The Jane Goodall Institute (JGI) in 2025, dedicating ourselves to the future she envisioned through tangible ESG action. 🤝 The Roots & Shoots / Wildlife Garden Project is where our local dedication takes root. 🧑🌾 We built a living "ecology classroom" by planting 1,056 native Taiwan plants—comprising 38 species—with children from the Lohas Children's Home and Yilan Tou-Sun Elementary School.
