Ashlee Valentine

Ashlee is an insurance editor, journalist and business professional. She earned an MBA in 2014 with a concentration in finance and has more than 17 years of hands-on experience in the finance industry. In addition to leading finance teams and teaching college students about personal finance topics like insurance, budgeting and credit cards, she began writing professionally about personal finance in 2018. Since then, Ashlee’s clients have published more than 400 of her articles.

Ashlee is a self-proclaimed social distancing expert and a bonafide INTJ. She is incredibly passionate about reaching those who need it most by using a direct and logical but relatable and trustworthy approach to tackling complex topics, like insurance.

• Ashlee is an expert (former Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) and Accounts Payable Manager (APM)) in supply chain management and procurement and now writes eBooks and blogs for former technology suppliers.
• Ashlee spent a decade volunteering for the Alzheimer’s Association as a congressional ambassador and now writes content for senior-living resource communities.
• Ashlee has a secret arsenal of self-written poetry spanning over three decades. But don’t tell anyone!
