Pop Shell disables "Window Focus Mode" (Focus on Hover) from GNOME Tweaks #1784

Description

Description:
After installing Pop Shell on GNOME 46 (Ubuntu 24.04 LTS), the "Window Focus" setting from GNOME Tweaks stops working. Specifically, when the focus mode is set to "Sloppy" or "Mouse", windows no longer gain focus automatically when the cursor hovers over them. This behavior works as expected before installing Pop Shell.

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open GNOME Tweaks → Windows → Window Focus Mode
  2. Set it to Focus Follows Mouse
  3. Open two or more windows
  4. Hover the cursor from one window to another
  5. Observe that window focus does not change on hover after Pop Shell is installed

Default Behaviour:

Default.webm

I could simply hover the mouse over a window to switch focus.

Current Behaviour:

Current.webm

I now have to explicitly click on a window to switch focus.
