How frequently is the sglang-router version updated on pip?

Hello. I need a feature that was released yesterday ([router] configure workflow retries and timeout based on routerConfig). I would like to know:

1. When can I expect to have it available on pypi? I didn't find the appropriate tag or "Actions" that releases it there.
2. As a workaround, is it recommended to install the router via pip3 install -e? If so, how?
