🔧 We’re hiring: Maintenance Controller 📍 Location: San Marcos, TX (Corporate Headquarters) We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Controller to ensure our aircraft stay mission-ready, safe, and compliant. What you’ll do: Oversee unscheduled and routine maintenance activities. Initiate and monitor MELs, ensuring all maintenance is performed in accordance with procedures. Coordinate parts delivery, work completion, and aircraft records. Communicate with flight crews, scheduling, and multiple maintenance facilities to keep operations running smoothly. Drive accountability, quality control, and timely execution of maintenance tasks. What we’re looking for: FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certification (required) A strong working knowledge of aircraft maintenance, inspections, wiring manuals, and FARs. Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience on at least one of: SA226/227, DHC-6, DHC-8, EMB120, ATR42/72, SAAB340/2000, DO328, King Air. Excellent communication and decision-making skills, ability to delegate, strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Comfort working a rotating 12-hour schedule (3 on/2 off/2 on/3 off) with quarterly day/night shift changes. ✨ Why join us? This weekend, our planes took off from overcrowded shelters in Dallas, Fort Worth, and Houston—bound for safe havens in Frederick, Maryland… White Plains, New York… and Laconia, New Hampshire. 166 dogs and cats who had run out of time 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞, because shelters in other parts of the country had space, resources, and open arms. 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧—and grateful to the brilliant Brian Curtis NBC5 who joined us in the air to help tell the story. These pets matter.
