This week we had Team GB Olympian Richard Fox add his name to the #Brisbane2032 Athlete's Wall. Richard represented Great Britain at the Barcelona 1992 Games in canoe slalom and has since made an incredible impact on the sport including as a coach, International Canoe Federation Slalom Technical Committee member, and former Vice President of the ICF. Richard is now the second Fox family member on the wall, joining his daughter Jessica Fox OAM, one of Australia’s most decorated Olympians. The Fox family’s Olympic story doesn’t stop there — Myriam Fox-Jerusalmi and Noemie Fox are also Olympians and Olympic medallists. Paddle Australia Australian Olympic Committee (ID: 1. 🌏 Celebrating Inclusion at Work Week | 17–21 November At #Brisbane2032, inclusivity isn’t just a value — it’s a commitment. This week, we’re proud to mark National #InclusionAtWorkWeek by joining the Diversity Council Australia Ltd. What does this mean for our team? ✅ Access to the latest research on diversity, equity and inclusion ✅ Opportunities to attend market-leading training and events ✅ Insights into news and trends shaping inclusion across Australia Why is this important? Because we’re Building a Village for All (and inclusive is one of the Brisbane 2032 team values!). Just like the Olympic and Paralympic Games Village — a place where people from around the world live together, share experiences, and promote peace — we’re creating a workplace where everyone belongs. Our village is more than a physical space; it’s a feeling of connection, respect, and shared purpose. Together, we’re stronger. Together, we’re building a future where diversity and inclusion thrive.
