Warm wishes from CARIAN! A brief message from our President: As we approach the Thanksgiving holiday, it seems incredible that the year went by so quickly and soon, 2025 will roll out to welcome in 2026. We have had an absolutely amazing year at CARIAN, full of exciting events, lots of opportunities and new partnerships. I’m so very proud of the efforts of our teams and the continued direction of the company, as every day, we do our very best to prioritize people. In doing just that, as in years past, we have made sure to continue to give back. With the rising cost of living, it’s been very important to CARIAN to contribute to several organizations and causes that assist with energy bills, food, clothing, holiday gifts, and supplies. This year we are continuing our annual support of the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, the Community FoodBank of New Jersey and welcomed our partnership with El Valor in Chicago. As I reflect at the end of every year, I always look forward to reaching out and expressing gratitude to each and every person that sincerely helped, guided, and advised me, not just in words but in actual actions and with consistent presence. My mother used to tell me growing up, even if it takes time, you’ll always find out who gave you the truth and helped you keep it; relationships rooted in honesty and altruism are invaluable gifts. Staying in touch often with incredible friends and mentors is very important to me throughout the year, and there’s no time like the Thanksgiving holiday to reach out with gratitude to each and every one of those people, thank them for their true kindness and care, recap how much their support and follow through means and make every effort to reciprocate. I look forward to doing just that every year. I also want to thank each and every employee at CARIAN for their incredible contributions and dedication. I am so very grateful that you have made the choice to be here, making this the fantastic place that it is. As a company, we are truly blessed to have not only extraordinary talent, but phenomenal people and we couldn’t be where we are without you. I do want to extend much thanks to our clients as well, who value us as partners. It’s a privilege to work alongside you and your trust and confidence in CARIAN is an honor I cherish. What an incredible experience at the 27th Annual NJBPU SDDC Supplier Diversity Development Council (SDDC) Conference last week at The Palace at Somerset Park!   We were proud to represent CARIAN at this exciting event dedicated to the utilities sector. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with industry peers, explore emerging trends, and share ideas about where the future is heading.   It was also great catching up with Ramakanth Tondupally and Jessica Allman from Burns & McDonnell.
