The ClearVote system offers every voter a fully verifiable paper ballot without the use of barcodes, QR codes, OCR, or summary ballots. ClearVote 2.5 is also our first federal certification for our revolutionary ClearMark ballot marking device, which was first used in New York and extensively tested by the renowned Perkins School for the Blind.
