    DIG, part of the PBK Family of Companies, is excited to announce our expansion into Florida, led by Geza Bankuty, Jr., P.E., Civil Engineering Services in Florida will be provided under the PBK name. Geza brings extensive experience in local and state planning, design, permitting, and construction-phase services. His expertise spans land and site development, as well as educational and sports facility markets. His project portfolio includes municipal and educational buildings and campuses, athletic fields, single-family and multifamily housing, mixed-use developments, and master-planned communities. A licensed civil engineer in the state of Florida, Geza holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from the University of Florida. He is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and has previously served on the board of the ASCE SunCoast Branch.

David Hildebrandt, P.E. is PBK’s Regional Director of Civil Engineering, bringing over 20 years of experience in site/civil and roadway design for public- and private-sector clients. A licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and Michigan, he specializes in grading and drainage, utilities coordination, ROW and easement review, traffic control planning, and TxDOT permitting. David has led multidisciplinary teams through due-diligence, design, and construction phases—ensuring constructable, code-compliant solutions on projects ranging from municipal streetscapes to mixed-use developments. His rigor in QA/QC and value engineering helps PBK deliver high-quality projects that meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
