Not just to beauty products, but to boardrooms, playing fields, employee equity and wildest dreams. 💼🏑💸💫 In our fourth annual Impact Report, we share what we've learned and the steps we've taken to create more equitable access--offering a transparent look at how we approach democratizing opportunities. 📋 One approach we've taken is designing products that are truly accessible: 75% of e.l.f. offerings are $10 and under, making high-performing beauty for everyone. 💄 On the leadership side, we launched Change the Board Game, a multi-year initiative to expand access to corporate boards and help diverse candidates prepare for board service. We've also focused on equity within our team. Through our "One Team, One Dream" model, all employees receive annual equity grants and performance-based bonuses. Since our IPO, we've granted $220M outside the C-suite, making e.l.f. one of the few public beauty companies to share ownership widely. 💰 In sports, we've found that elevating women requires intentional partnerships. Collaborating with icons like Billie Jean King and organizations including the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) League and Tottenham Hotspur Women, we've helped create platforms that amplify voices, highlight achievement and foster equity. ⚽ We also celebrate wildest dreams in action, like Amanda Nguyen, whose advocacy, resilience and historic all-female Blue Origin mission inspires the next generation. 🚀 These efforts create meaningful opportunities and celebrate achievement, equity and empowerment at every level. As the 2025 National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) Championship kicks off, we’re reflecting on what year one of our partnership taught us. ⚽️ At e.l.f. Beauty, we didn’t step onto the pitch for fanfare--we showed up to practice our purpose: empowering.legendary.females. We made space to listen, learn and show up for a community that’s long deserved more visibility and investment. Beauty's latest installment of Change the Board Game Board Stories, we highlight Rob Smith, a retail industry veteran with 40 years of experience in the retail industry and over a decade-long board career. As a leader focused on inclusivity, Rob welcomes diverse perspectives and encourages others to do the same in the boardroom. He also shares candid reflections on how his lived experiences shaped his leadership and how his mentors and allies helped him navigate the challenges of corporate boards. One key lesson Rob learned? Boards must reflect the communities and customers they serve. Early in his board journey, he encountered a board that didn’t, so he worked to ensure that diversity and representation became a core priority, creating more meaningful impact and better business outcomes.
