One of the most common questions we get is, "Can't we just build this ourselves in ChatGPT?" Short answer: you can build a prototype, but getting to production is really hard. What we see is teams building something in a weekend—upload a bunch of Gong calls and emails into a ChatGPT project, wire up some Zapier flows. That works pretty well for one rep or one account, but it breaks down when you try to scale it across the team. BetterUp went through this. Their GTM teams built projects in ChatGPT and Claude. Single account views worked great. The moment they tried to look across their entire book of business, it crashed. You're not just hooking an LLM up to Salesforce. You're signing up to build data infrastructure, retrieval, orchestration, workflows, and observability—basically becoming an AI infrastructure company on the side. We've written up what it really takes to build a system that scales across an organization. Link in the comments if you want to see the full breakdown 👇

If you’re an account manager and constantly looking for ways to make strategic planning more efficient, I highly recommend giving Endgame a try. Our leadership team rolled it out early this year, and I was honestly skeptical—there are plenty of AI tools out there making big promises. What’s different about Endgame is how seamlessly it works within our environment at Accuris. By pulling together insights from Salesforce, Outlook, Gong, and other apps in our tech stack, it uses AI to create detailed, actionable account plans almost instantly. That means I can spend less time gathering and organizing data—key contacts, account insights, meeting prep—and more time jumping straight into engagement and strategy. It’s not about replacing the real strategy work, but it’s giving me a huge head start and freeing up time to focus on engagement and execution. When a platform actually simplifies your workflow instead of adding complexity, it’s worth calling out. This one’s definitely earned a spot in my toolkit. A big shout out to the folks at Endgame for the one-on-one support with prompt engineering—it’s made onboarding even smoother! https://www.endgame.io/ #EndgameAI #AccountPlanning #AccountManagement #WorkflowEfficiency #PromptEngineering #StrategicPlanning #AIinSales #SalesProductivity #SalesTechnology #AIforBusiness #SalesTools #CustomerEngagement #TechStack

Today is the biggest product launch in Endgame's history! Revenue superintelligence is here 🚀 For two years, CROs have been trying to make their teams AI-native. Most have failed to see real adoption or impact. That just changed. Monte Carlo hit 80% AI adoption across their entire GTM team. Accuris automated over 400 account plans this quarter and increased pipeline generation by 2.5x. Scale AI, despite having world-class AI capabilities in-house, bought a platform that now preps their team for every high-stakes meeting. Here's why this is actually working: Most AI tools are trained on public data. They don't know YOUR deals, YOUR calls, or YOUR playbooks. They can't. We rebuilt the entire context layer from the ground up. Your CRM data, calls, emails, Slack conversations, plus the public web, along with your training, enablement, and sales methodologies. All integrated and accessible to your entire team. The result is collective awareness across your organization. Every person can see what's happening in any account, the full context of every interaction, and the accumulated knowledge of your best practices and performers. As Tim Miller, CRO at Monte Carlo, puts it: "I can pull up strategic insights across all our wins in seconds—the top 20 initiatives we're tied to, the best use cases for a specific industry. That quick identification helps us make deals move faster and larger," The gap is widening fast. Superintelligent teams are outpacing everyone else with better prep, faster deals, and smarter decisions at every level. We'd love to show you what this looks like. Data and AI Observability

few sales tools have fundamentally changed how I operate... Gong and Prospect (tryprospect.com) were probably the first two game changers for me, then came Scratchpad, which made my ability to stay on top of simple SFDC tasks an order of magnitude easier. Further upfunnel is Nooks which has leveled up our SDR outbound efforts. The latest is Endgame... such a powerful tool for call prep, deal risk analysis, and account research. Highly recommend ! really awesome product Aditya Khargonekar!

One of the biggest challenges in AI is consistency. The nature of LLMs means they are inherently random—every prompt results in a different output, so nothing is ever the same. This is a huge problem for revenue orgs. Teams try to use AI to help with deal reviews, account plans, and meeting briefs, but when each one comes out differently, it's impossible to standardize what works. Even though sales leaders spend countless hours building strategies, templates, and enablement programs, it's incredibly difficult to turn all that work into consistent practices. AI is supposed to help, but hasn't delivered on this promise… until now. We've built something that solves this problem: standardized, consistent templates that deliver the same output every single time, across your entire team. We've been testing this with our customers, and it's become one of the most loved features we've ever built ❤️ You can read more about what we've built and explore some of the use cases we support in the blog below 👇

Most people are using AI wrong. They treat it like Google. Ask a question, get an answer, move on 💁♀️ A month ago, we launched "Ask Anything" in Endgame, and the response has been incredible. Reps and managers asked thousands of questions—from breaking into accounts to building QBR decks. But here’s what we learned watching our best users (and using it ourselves): the teams getting the most value aren’t just asking different questions—they’re having different types of conversations entirely. The most successful users approach AI through four distinct modes: 🔎 Discovery Mode Exploring new territory? Start broad and refine as you learn. "What should I know about Company X to spot expansion opportunities?"  📄 Research Mode Need depth? Use structured prompts for systematic analysis. "Analyze Company Y across growth challenges, tech gaps, and competition." 🎯 Strategy Mode Know your goal but not the path? Ask for multiple options. "How can I get a meeting with the CTO? Give me 3 different strategies." ⚡️ Execution Mode Need a deliverable? Provide context and be specific. "Write a 1-pager that ties our ROI story to their near-term priorities." The pattern we keep seeing: teams who match their prompting style to what they actually need are getting insights that change their entire approach to accounts. One Endgame user even discovered they could ask AI to improve their own prompts—and it works incredibly well. Whether you’re using Endgame, ChatGPT, or Claude—if you use AI for search, you get search results. If you use it as a thinking partner, you level up your strategy. We turned these observations into a complete framework. Link in comments 👇

Sources are now live in Endgame 🚀 Following our Ask Anything announcement, we're taking sources to the next level. I’m pretty excited about this, because sources help solve the biggest challenge in AI adoption today: trust. My Russian grandmother used to say "trust but verify." She wasn't building AI products (would have been a 10x engineer!), but she was onto more than she knew. The next time you login to Endgame and ask a question about an account, you’ll get an answer with the sources to back it up. What makes our approach different? Unlike most AI tools that reference random chunks of information, Endgame leverages fact extraction—breaking down unstructured data into discrete, indexable facts. This means citations don't just point to sources, but to specific information within them. Why this matters: — Call recordings → exact moment in transcript — Salesforce → precise record — Customer decks → winning value proposition — Earning calls → specific CFO quote With Endgame, you get in-line citations with previews, numbered references, and direct links to granular source points. Perfect for enterprise sales where account understanding builds over time, not just one-time website references.

We launched "Ask Anything" for sales teams yesterday—and people are excited 🙌 We wanted to follow up with deeper examples, use cases, and what we're building next, so we wrote a blog post to share what we're learning. Check it out in the comments below 👇

I'm super excited to share a major product update! We just released "Ask Anything" for enterprise sales teams 🚀 Now anyone in the revenue org (or across the company) can click into any prospect or customer account and… well… ask anything. The most common things we're seeing users ask right now: - Build a stakeholder map - Analyze this deal through MEDDPICC - What should we be doing next? - Who should we be multi-threading? - WTF is happening in this account? My favorite quote from a customer after rolling this out to over 100 reps: "Rollout was amazing. Our team says this is the biggest shift in sales tech in years, maybe decades"—and it does feel that way. Reps and leaders are in love because "chat" is a familiar interface that's easy to adopt—everyone is already using ChatGPT and other consumer AI tools to research accounts, prep for calls, and inspect deals. It's just that Endgame's responses are so bizarrely good because we built and optimized specifically for sales teams—which really comes down to 3 things: 1) Internal and external data sources—Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn, Slack, enablement assets, product docs, news, podcasts and more—fully integrated. 2) Models trained on sales methodologies and frameworks like MEDDPICC and value selling—but also enabling customization because everyone sells a little differently. 3) Probably most importantly, obsessing over real sales workflows and building empathy for what revenue teams are dealing with day to day—and sweating the details. What we've built feels really different than anything we've seen or heard of in the market today. I think you'll think so too 😊 We'd love to give a demo and see what you think—just DM me 🙏
