Providers across our region are encouraged to review the available materials, eligibility details, and submission guidelines. PROJECT INSIGHT - DePaul True North Apartments (Rochester, NY) DePaul True North Development features 3 buildings, two affordable housing buildings and one clinic building. The 70-unit development will create apartments for low-income residents, including 35 units with supportive services for older adults, individuals and families who experienced homelessness. The wellness clinic on the third site will be operated by FLACRA, Finger Lakes Area Counseling and Recovery Agency and will be open to the community to provide mental health and substance abuse counseling and recovery groups, medication assisted treatment and case management. Amenities for this project will also include an on-site property manager and staff offices, community rooms, computer labs, lounges, and in-unit storage for residents.
