Our associates are making a real difference in the community! Through this year’s Thanks for Giving Department Challenge, they collected over 2,500 food items for The Center for Family Resources, helping provide more than 650 food boxes for families in Marietta. Even more inspiring, many of our team members volunteered onsite to sort donations and pack boxes, ensuring meals reach families quickly. Their teamwork, dedication, and generosity are a powerful example of how our people bring our values to life every day. We’re proud to see our associates leading the way in giving back to the community!

We’re excited to welcome Krystal Zell to Floor & Decor as our new EVP, Chief Customer Officer! Krystal will oversee our E-Commerce, Marketing, Analytics, Customer Experience and Loyalty functions, helping us deepen customer relationships and deliver experiences that reflect our brand promise: Improving lives by improving spaces. With more than 24 years of experience in customer leadership, marketing, and digital transformation across respected brands, Krystal has a proven track record of building people-first, collaborative teams. She will partner closely with leaders across the business to shape our customer strategy and strengthen our focus on creating experiences that inspire loyalty and pride in our brand. Welcome, Krystal, to the Floor & Decor family!

Each year, our Store Support Center hosts a Scares That Care: Haunted Floor Tour contest, where each floor competes to be the best decorated during October for a chance to win $1,000 for their charity of choice. This year, Floor 9 (Marketing, Commercial, Store Operations, Pro Services, and Safety and Loss Prevention) were our back-to-back champions with their Circus theme. Floor 9 has chosen Atlanta Mission as their charity recipient. Atlanta Mission is the city’s largest and longest-running provider of services to homeless men, women, and children in the Atlanta and Northeast Georgia area. Special shoutout to Khadijah, Mariah, and Laney for being the “ring leaders” of Floor 9 and leading the decoration committee! 🎪

260 associates from our Store Support Center participated in a 100-mile challenge where teams and individuals competed to meet the goal of walking, running, or jogging 100 miles in 45 days. These associates completed over 37,404 miles throughout the time frame. Big congratulations to our top 3 participants: 🥇 Linda from HR, hitting 559.2 miles 🥈 Justin from IT, hitting 559.2 miles 🥉 Carrie from Marketing, hitting 555.2 miles 🏆 Our top-performing team was our Miles & Tiles team, compiled with associates from our Supply Chain department, who completed over 1,058 miles. Great job to all the participants and to Tiffany for organizing this fun and competitive challenge!
