As we pause to reflect on gratitude this season, we are highlighting projects that bring people together and enhance the communities we serve. WorldSprings at Grandscape is one of them. Set across 10 acres in The Colony, Texas, this outdoor mineral springs spa offers a welcoming space where guests can slow down, reconnect and enjoy moments of calm. Halff supported the development with grading, paving, drainage and comprehensive civil engineering design, along with surveying services and the design of essential water, wastewater and sanitary sewer infrastructure. When a capacity challenge surfaced in the existing sanitary sewer, our team collaborated closely with Grandscape and City of The Colony, Texas to find a solution that served everyone. That effort resulted in an additional improvement project that strengthened local public infrastructure far beyond the boundaries of the site. This Thanksgiving, we are grateful for partnerships like this and many others that allow us to improve lives and communities.
