This weekend at Indiana Occupational Therapy Association conference reminded me of something simple: OT is built on heart. On showing up. On seeing people fully. On changing what’s possible. I left feeling proud of this profession, of the clinicians who pour themselves into every session, and of the incredible Hopebridge team that showed up ready to learn, grow, and lift each other higher. As we head into Thanksgiving week, I’m just grateful. Grateful for the work. Grateful for the people. Grateful for the purpose we get to live out every day. #OccupationalTherapy #OTStrong #HealthcareHeroes #PediatricTherapy #TherapistsMakeADifference

North Carolina knows how to bring the energy!⛳️
When in Charlotte, we show everyone the fun we are having! lol Our Regional Center Manager team get together, where we found out who had what it takes to go on the PGA Tour. Fortunately for our clinics, none of us qualified, but we sure did have a great time! Now the challenge, how do we do it again!

She did it!! Cece passed the BCBA exam!!!! It’s not an exaggeration to say that I’ve never been more proud of someone in my life. A big statement, I know. For almost a year now I’ve had a front row seat to Cece’s fieldwork journey. I’ve watched her skills grow and confidence blossom. I’ve seen her study study study and was a witness to her fierce determination. Just incredible! I have no doubts that Cece will be an exceptional BCBA- always striving for compassionate, collaborative, and competent care. I’m so excited for her to officially transition into the role of BCBA at Hopebridge Westlake. We’re the luckiest to have her on our team. 🤍 All the congratulations to you, Cecilia Tomazic, M.Ed., BCBA! ✨

I don’t do a great job of capturing my conference experiences but this time I did … better, lol! Huge kudos to Arizona Association For Behavior Analysis (AzABA) for a phenomenal conference. The organization, execution, and venue selection were top tier. I was a speaker. I was gifted a kindness bracelet that brought me to tears. I was deeply inspired by all presenters, but especially Nasiah Cirincione Ulezi and Landria Seals Green’s talks (photos not pictured 😭). Connected with Tia D. Glover, MPH, M.Ed BCBA in person! 🎉 Alexandra Tomei and I made it out of the #NASQN group chat! I met other #NASQN members, Hopebridge employees (present and past), had dinner with Erin Bovee, hugged Debbie Villa in real life, listened to Amanda Hineline, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA bring a PACKED room (people sat on the floor to hear her) to tears with her passion for trauma informed care, and I presented boldly about cultural humility in today’s society. This conference was transformative. I’ll leave a better human and I’m grateful. ❤️ #azaba #conferencespeaker #culturalhumility #expandinghorizons #homesweethopebridge

You know play is more than fun—it’s key to a child's development. Hopebridge Chief Clinical Officer Jana Sarno, BCBA, spoke with The Bump about how early play supports mobility, communication, and connection. Read Jana's insights here: https://hopel.ink/4idu3kJ

“Which BCBA is most likely to…”🤔 a fun game we played with our RBTs this morning at HB Evansville. We learned who is most likely to lose their walkie (whoops maybe me 🫣) and who is most likely to survive a zombie apocalypse (definitely not me).
