Over the past few weeks, our Energy Advisors had the privilege of visiting some of their favorite small businesses, learning firsthand how they power our communities with innovation and dedication. Idaho Power was honored to host utility communications professionals from across the western U.S. and Canada for the Western Utilities Communications Workshop. Together, we shared best practices on critical topics like wildfire preparedness and Public Safety Power Shutoffs, and explored innovative ways to keep customers informed and engaged during major events.
