IPMG was proud to take part in the Meet Your CommUNITY Resource Fair on November 18! Shoutout to Susan Hunt, our Wraparound Facilitator, for representing IPMG at this great event. Hosted by SEPAC at the Porter County Career & Tech Center, the fair connected parents and students with disabilities to local supports, services, and programs. Attendees browsed resource tables and joined breakout sessions highlighting Career & Tech Center opportunities. We’re grateful to be part of this community-focused event!

Indiana Professional Management Group (IPMG) is Indiana's preeminent statewide provider of case management and care management for participants in the state's Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Medicaid Waiver program, and wraparound facilitation services for participants in the Child Mental Health Wraparound program and Children's Mental Health Initiative (CMHI). Since 2006, IPMG has set a new standard for high quality, measurable and individual-driven services. The founding companies that formed IPMG were among the first in the State of Indiana to provide case management services when the waiver program was initially created in the early 1990s. As a result, IPMG brings years of experience to the program and we are happy to use that experience for the betterment of the lives of the Individuals we serve. Our best practice standards ensure that our case managers, care managers, and wraparound facilitators practice integrity, creativity and responsiveness in partnership with the persons served, and the Individuals we serve benefit from our unconditional commitment to support them in their pursuit of a self-determined life. Our Mission: The mission of IPMG is to create an exceptional organization that supports its Employee Owners to become expert navigators, guiding Individuals and families to access quality, integrated services and supports that result in the betterment of their lives. Our Founding Principle: “The needs of the Individual are paramount.” The relationship element of Case Manager, Care Manager, and Wraparound Facilitator roles is the core factor, or better stated, the heart of what we do. IPMG Case Managers, Care Managers, and Wraparound Facilitators will recognize the importance of family, friendship and advocate relationships as essential in developing a working environment of trust. Thus, respect for the culture and traditions of the Individual over one’s lifespan are paramount.

Let’s celebrate an IPMG Success Story! We are excited to introduce you to Breanne. She has been working with IPMG since she was in grade school. Breanne is a junior at Ball State University majoring in Communications now. Through the last year, Breanne has faced many ups and downs with her health that have required numerous hospitalizations, medications, doctor's visits, and time away from her studies. Despite the challenges she has faced, Breanne continues to live independently in the dorms at Ball State. Breanne has continued to persist and thrive in so many ways! In her studies this year, she is actively reporting for Ball State's volleyball team, is publishing articles on their achievements, and has made the Dean's List! Breanne is impressive and means so much to her family, her team, and her school! We’re thrilled to share in Breanne's success!
