  • We are proud to welcome Patrick Donegan as our Vice President of Civilian Operations and Gabriela Bravo as our Chief of Staff. Patrick brings more than two decades of leadership across NOAA, NASA, DoD, and industry. He most recently led NOAA/NASA’s Space Weather Integrated Systems program, managing large teams and complex programs that bridge science, engineering, and operations. His experience in technical delivery and strategic execution strengthens our ability to support expanding civil missions. Gabriela joins us from NOAA, where she supported major acquisition and program initiatives across the agency. With more than 14 years in federal service, she’s known for improving collaboration, streamlining operations, and helping teams deliver results. As Chief of Staff, she’ll help strengthen how INNOVIM operates and grows. • It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our colleague and friend, Janice P. Bicchieri Polito. Janice joined INNOVIM in 2020, starting at our Corporate Headquarters and later supporting our NOAA Space Weather Observations Business Support Contract as a Senior Business Administrator. Janice was known for her strong work ethic, kindness, and willingness to help everyone around her. Her quiet presence, professionalism, and genuine care made a meaningful impact on those who worked alongside her. To our President, Marianna Murphy, Janice was not just a colleague but also a close friend, whose grace and strength became especially evident during her battle with lung cancer. We extend our sincere condolences to Janice's husband, Bob, and their family during this challenging time.
