GivingTuesday is one week away, and Huber is proud to partner for the third year in a row with Team Rubicon (TR), a veteran-led humanitarian organization that serves communities before, during and after disasters. Huber Helps is leveraging its annual sponsorship of TR’s Ready Reserve Fund by matching every $1 up to $150,000 raised for their campaign—fueling the work of Greyshirt volunteers who bring skill, grit, and heart to every mission. Every dollar powers community-driven disaster response and humanitarian aid operations globally. Join us in spreading the word and watching the impact grow: https://lnkd.in/eMXkTKeq #TeamRubicon #HuberHelps #GivingTuesday #CommunityEngagement

Huber is excited to showcase the nine nonprofit organizations that have been selected to receive a grant from the Huber Helps 2025 Impact Your Community (IYC) program. These recipients were among the 70 applications submitted by employees around the world on behalf of organizations in their local communities, marking the largest number of applications the IYC program has received since its launch in 2018. Having provided $4.2M USD to 78 organizations to date, this annual program lets employees guide our “ripple effect of good” towards the causes that matter most to them. Bringing the Huber Principles to life, it offers Huber the opportunity to leave a long-lasting, meaningful impact in the communities where we operate and live across the globe. Please join us in congratulating the 2025 IYC recipients and the employee community champions who applied on behalf of the organizations. This Veteran’s Day, Huber is honored to be a part of Retired U.S. Army Capt., Tyson Quink’s Home Dedication in partnership with the Gary Sinise Foundation’s (GSF) Restoring Independence Supporting Empowerment (R.I.S.E.) program. The event marked a meaningful way to recognize Veterans Day in action—by helping provide a home designed to restore independence and support a veteran’s next chapter. Employees from the Huber Engineered Woods (HEW) sites in Crystal Hill, Virginia, and Commerce, Georgia, as well as Huber Corporate, attended this meaningful event to welcome Quink and his family to their forever home. Huber’s donations to Quink’s home marked milestone contributions of $1 million in cash sponsorships from Huber Helps to GSF programs and $1 million of HEW product donations to 50 homes through the R.I.S.E. program. We extend huge congratulations to the Quink family and are grateful to have been a part of this next chapter in their life. #HuberHelps #GarySiniseFoundation #CommunityEngagement #VeteransDay
This Veteran's Day, we were honored to welcome U.S. Army Captain (Ret.) Tyson Quink home to his mortgage-free, specially adapted smart home built by the Gary Sinise Foundation. 🇺🇸 While deployed to Kandahar - one of the most dangerous regions of Afghanistan - Tyson was leading his platoon when an IED explosion took both of his legs below the knee. He was transported through multiple surgeries and a long, difficult recovery that tested not only his body but his spirit. “I had just left a combat zone where I was responsible for my soldiers’ lives, and now I was dependent on everyone around me,” Tyson recalled. Yet through every challenge, he’s continued to lead with strength, returning to West Point to guide and mentor the next generation of soldiers. Today, we’re proud to give back to this remarkable hero. “What Gary’s done for this Foundation for so many veterans and family members is amazing. There’s not enough words I can say to say thank you,” Tyson said. Tyson’s specially adapted smart home will give him and his wife, Tera, the independence and peace they deserve. 💙 Welcome home, Tyson, and thank you for your service. A special thank you to the American people and our amazing partners, without whom this would not be possible: Huber Engineered Woods, Owens Corning, Amazon, and KPMG US. We also want to thank the following partners for dedicating their time, energy, generosity, and resources to the construction of Tyson's home: The Marcus Foundation, Sunbelt Rentals, The Home Depot Foundation, Shubert Design Furniture, DAV, US LBM, McDermott Will and Schulte, Nucor, Nice, Microsoft, Duke Cannon Supply Co., Cabinetworks Group, LP, Installed Building Products, Winston & Strawn, Kaishan Compressors USA, NSI, NWFA, Behr, Broan NuTone, Daltile, Encore, Ferguson, MAPEI, North American Moving Services, Nucor Rebar Fabrication, Rheem, Simple Green.

Veterans Day, Armistice Day, Remembrance Day – all synonyms for today’s purpose to honor those who have served and reflect on their sacrifice. Through Huber’s Veterans Engaging Together for Success (VETS) Employee Resource Group (ERG), we continue that spirit of reflection year-round. Focused on connection and engagement, this employee-led group provides support and amplifies stories of inspiration and heroism. Tomorrow, November 12, VETS will partner with our Disabilities Advancement and Wellness Network (DAWN) ERG to host a virtual Veterans Day event, bringing together employees from across our global community. “All veterans are taught early in their military careers that no one succeeds on their own and that teamwork is everything,” shares Director of Audit and VETS Co-Lead, Andrew Franklin. “I’m very proud to be a member of an organization that does so much to maximize its positive impact in the world.” #HuberCulture #IBelongAtHuber

Maine TREE Foundation was established in 1989 and led for more than 2 decades by the late Sherry Huber—a passionate forestry advocate and proud 3rd generation member of the Huber family. Created as a platform for collaboration among forest professionals, educators, and communities, the foundation reflects everything Sherry loved and remains closely aligned with the sustainable forestry efforts of our HUBER RESOURCES CORP. (HRC) Business. In honor of Sherry’s legacy, the Sherry Huber Forest Champion Award is given annually to individuals who have devoted their lives to the stewardship of forests in Maine. This year’s award was presented to Forester Andy Schutz by Jonathan Kelly, Project Forester at HRC, at the 3rd Annual Forest Awards Night in Hermon, Maine. Jonathan was joined by Vice President of Communications & Community Relations Lea (Chambers) Volpe, along with Huber Resources Corp and Sewall Forestry employees attended the event to support the outstanding work of these honorees and pay tribute to Sherry’s enduring impact. #HuberCulture #SustainableForesty

Huber was delighted to celebrate a recent home dedication ceremony in partnership with Habitat For Humanity of Greater Bangor. Through cash donation, Huber Engineered Woods (HEW) product donation and hours of employee volunteering, we are honored to have played a part in creating another opportunity for affordable housing. And there was even more to celebrate, as the employee volunteers from the HUBER RESOURCES CORP.
