Uniting Business. Advancing Kentucky.
About us
Uniting Business. Advancing Kentucky. From its beginnings more than 75 years ago, the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce has evolved into the premier business association in the state. Today, the Kentucky Chamber represents 2,700 member businesses – from family-owned shops to Fortune 500 companies – that employ over half of the Commonwealth’s workforce. The Kentucky Chamber is an Accredited State Chamber by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and has been awarded State Chamber of the Year by the National Association of State Chambers. The Kentucky Chamber's powerful grassroots network, through a partnership with more than 80 local chambers in the state, consists of 25,000 professionals. Strength in numbers continues to help the Chamber influence policymakers in areas such as business taxation and fiscal policy, environmental and safety issues and workers' compensation, health care and education reform. Our mission is not always easy, but the Kentucky Chamber continues to provide leadership as a catalyst, consensus-builder and advocate to unite business and advance Kentucky.

"This season gives us a chance to pause and reflect on what makes Kentucky special. Here, gratitude has always been more than a feeling. It shows up in how we work together, how we support one another, and how we invest in the future we want for our Commonwealth. Through the Kentucky Chamber Foundation, business leaders have spent nearly a decade creating solutions that change lives, strengthen communities, and fuel the economic growth that powers Kentucky forward. That spirit is what drives the Foundation’s next chapter — our renewed purpose to unlock the power of business, accelerate solutions, and build opportunity," wrote Kentucky Chamber Foundation Board Chair Les Fugate of Brown-Forman and Foundation Senior Vice President Beth Davisson in a new op-ed.
