Leman Academy’s “Logic Stage” begins in middle school, grade levels 6-8. By 6th grade, scholars begin asking “why”. Rather than focusing on facts, young learners begin to uncover abstract thought, taking in information, forming ideas, and supporting their argument. This stage encourages scholars to challenge assumptions, consider differing perspectives, and reason through complex problems. Classical education is at the root of our curriculum, preparing scholars to think deeply, pursue knowledge, and find the beauty in learning. Our May values and virtues are: Courage and Trustworthy ✨ Courage is the mental or moral strength to take risks, endure challenges, and overcome fear or adversity. If one is trustworthy, they are dependable, reliable, and deserving of trust, due to consistently demonstrating honesty and integrity. These monthly values are incorporated into our classical curriculum. We encourage scholars to learn beyond the textbook, emphasizing the importance of teaching skills that build character.

By practicing Integrity and Loyalty, scholars become honest, reliable, and supportive.
