What will quality management look like in the factories of the future? At Machina Labs, we’re answering that question by building a new kind of manufacturing platform that combines AI and robotics with human ingenuity to deliver speed, precision, and performance at lower cost. But even in a flexible, fast-moving factory like ours, quality isn’t optional. It’s foundational. We’re looking for "quality" management candidates to help define how quality works when everything else about manufacturing is being reimagined. You’ll take us from internal checklists to certification, while improving every process in between. If you’ve led or participated in a certification process, or want to bring your experience to a team building the next generation of production, we’d love to talk. Check out this opening or share with a colleague. https://lnkd.in/eEJnX2dP

Touched down at the Dubai Airshow this week representing Machina Labs . ✈️🇦🇪 Looking forward to meeting with partners and policymakers who are serious about rebuilding aerospace & defense supply chains for speed, resilience, and scale. Showcasing agile manufacturing, we’re here to show what a future factory can do for regional and global programs. If you’re on site and want to talk next-gen aero-def production, let’s connect. #DubaiAirshow #Aerospace #Defense #AdvancedManufacturing #Industry40

Powered by hydrogen. RoboFormed with precision. Earlier this year, we announced our collaboration with Toyota Racing Development USA to explore new ways of building custom body panels faster, cheaper, and without traditional tooling. That vision was on display again at SEMA 2025 in Las Vegas. Toyota’s latest concept vehicle, the Tacoma H2-Overlander, included a preformed tailgate customized using our RoboForming technology. The vehicle was part of Toyota’s official SEMA showcase, which included several customized panels from Machina Labs. Proud to support Toyota’s push into expressive design through new manufacturing methods like our RoboCraftsman. 🎥 Watch the install clip here: https://lnkd.in/e5bF_xBt

We built RoboCraftsman to solve a manufacturing problem, the slow, rigid, tooling-bound processes that limit innovation. Now, we’re building intelligent, agile factories filled with RoboCraftsman cells to enable Expressive Manufacturing — the ability to build large metal structures anywhere, with speed, precision, and creative freedom. In this clip, Co-founder and CEO Edward Mehr explains how RoboCraftsman learns and how we combine multiple metal fabrication functions on a single platform.

Machina Labs is closed today in honor of Veterans Day. 🇺🇸 We put our tools down, and we paused production because today is about gratitude. Thank you to the men and women who’ve served, and to the families who’ve served alongside them. We build what we build because you defended the freedom to do so.

Don’t just create with AI. Teach it to build better. We’re hiring a Machine Learning Software Engineer to help shape how AI physically transforms the world. Every day, our robotic systems generate massive streams of sensor data. Your challenge? Turn that raw information into intelligence that changes how things are made. This isn’t prompt engineering. It’s production engineering, powered by RoboCraftsman's AI. From cloud-scale experimentation to edge deployment, you’ll build ML models that predict and optimize the core parameters of our forming process, helping robotic systems learn faster, adapt in real time, and manufacture with precision. Sound like your kind of challenge? https://lnkd.in/eBWUyAgU #MachineLearning #AIandRobotics #RoboCraftsman #FutureOfManufacturing

This is why we built RoboCraftsman. Because most metal forming tech looks like this: A multi-ton stamping press, locked into a single panel, running the same part over and over again. Efficient? Sure. Flexible? Not even close. What do you do if you have high-mix, low-volume production needs? What if you need to iterate on your design fast to beat the competition, or outpace an adversary? We built RoboCraftsman to break that mold and power factories with a flexible, AI-guided manufacturing platform that can form and customize real metal structures directly from digital files. No compromise. Just speed, adaptability, and software-defined precision, built for the world we live in now.

Honored to be one of the American Innovators featured in Jensen Huang’s keynote at NVIDIA GTC in Washington, DC today! 🦾 At Machina Labs, we’re building intelligent factories, powered by our RoboCraftsman platform, so industry can move faster, iterate freely, and produce precision metal products, anywhere. Huge thanks to the NVIDIA team for spotlighting the people and companies working to reindustrialize America with AI and robotics. 🎥 Watch the keynote clip: https://lnkd.in/e4J8uWsg

🛻 Customization at scale is no longer limited to interiors. With RoboCraftsman, we are enabling customization of formed automotive body panels without the delays associated with tooling or the costs of expensive dies. Proud to be featured in this Robot Report article as we help the automotive industry evolve from stamp and repeat to Expressive Manufacturing!
