🚧 Breaking Ground in Cary, Illinois! 🚧 On Friday, we proudly celebrated the groundbreaking of Cary Horizon, our newest senior, affordable housing community coming to Cary, Illinois. This development will bring 45 much-needed affordable units to the area, helping more seniors, 62 and better, find a safe, quality place to call home. We were honored to have elected officials, including Cary Mayor, Mark Kownick, community leaders, and our valued partners, including the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA), join us for this milestone. Their support and collaboration continue to make projects like this possible. At Alden Realty Services, we’re committed to expanding affordable housing across the region—and Cary Horizon marks another important step toward that mission.
