Meet Srini Bayireddy, President of TiE DC Srini was born in India and demonstrated a strong academic drive from an early age. He graduated from the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani, with a Bachelor of Engineering, building the technical foundation for his future endeavors. Srini furthered his expertise by earning an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas, strengthening his entrepreneurial and leadership skills. Professional Growth & Entrepreneurship Srini moved to the US in 1998 on an H-1 B visa, initially working at IBM, Hitachi Consulting, and Grant Thornton, where he gained deep experience in technology, process management, and team building. Under his leadership, Navitas became renowned for its culture of excellence and was repeatedly recognized by The Washington Post, INC5000, Deloitte Fast 50, Tech200, and the Virginia Asian Chamber of Commerce for delivery and innovation. Srini is a distinguished serial investor and mentor whose success is rooted in building, funding, and mentoring, and ultimately achieving positive exits from innovative companies focused on data security and privacy.
