And after a very serious round of live voting… Holden Kardos the Minion took home the crown 👑💛 We’re already brainstorming next year’s costumes - suggestions welcome (bonus points if they're scarier than a #REF error). 🤪

Super excited to welcome Lara O. to OneSchema as our newest Senior Software Engineer! Lara brings over 10 years of experience across backend and fullstack roles and has spent her career building reliable, scalable systems at fast-moving startups. At previous roles, she’s led efforts to modernize legacy infrastructure and scale real-time fraud detection services. Outside of work, she’s an avid skier, hiker, and traveler. We feel really lucky to have her on the team as we continue growing our engineering team! Welcome, Lara! 🙌

Our team is growing, and lucky to have Parker McDonald on board as our newest Enterprise BDR! 🙌 Prior to joining OneSchema, Parker sold into VP and C-suite finance leaders at enterprise companies, mastering a thoughtful mix of cold outreach and inbound follow-up. Whether it’s building our pipeline or educating the team about fantasy football strategy, Parker shows up with energy, consistency, and a competitive edge 🫡 . His team-first mindset makes him an incredible addition to our sales team, and we’re so grateful to have him on board!
