Pandora Bio, Inc
Mental Health Care
Empowering Young Adults to Control Their Mental Health Journey
About us
In Greek mythology, Pandora was the first human woman created by the gods. The gods gave her a box that contained all the evils of the world and ordered her not to open it. Nonetheless, she opened it, releasing all the evils that visit humanity including pain and suffering, leaving only hope inside. Hope is the antidote to despair. It gives people the will, determination, and sense of empowerment to reach their goals. At Pandora, we aim to help young adults gain access to the hope inside the box, providing them with early insights about their mental and behavioral health.

📣We are excited to share that we presented early results from our student pilot programs at Joint Statistical Meetings (JSM) 2025! Our topic was: “Modernizing mental health assessments -- statistical innovations in the age of digital data” JSM is one of the largest gatherings of statisticians and data scientists in North America, and we’re honored to be part of it. Our CEO, Tara Maddala, discussed how we use statistical analysis of behavioral data to support early detection and intervention in young adult mental health. She also highlighted how Meet Pandora captures reliable signals that help predict students' mental health states. Shout out to Co-authors: Jennifer Geis, Shreeya Behera, Adam Whitney, Robby Henry, PhD, Megan Rothney! and to Kaori Iwanaga for creating the poster. #JSM2025 #PandoraBio #MentalHealthInnovation #BehavioralData #DataScience #StudentWellness #EarlyIntervention ▼More about our Presentation: https://lnkd.in/gkHXQfQX ▼More about JSM2025: https://lnkd.in/gzhPnZdQ
