Big tax change coming in 2026 that almost no one is talking about. For the first time, Americans who take the standard deduction (about 90% of us) will get a new tax break for giving to charity: ➡️ $1,000 deduction for individuals ➡️ $2,000 deduction for married couples This is an above-the-line deduction, which means it reduces your taxable income even before the standard deduction kicks in.
