More SSPs, more resellers, more ads on page, more requests flying through the pipes. Maximum volume = maximum dollars. THE INDUSTRY FEEDBACK But when we talked to DSPs, SSPs, and agencies, they told a different story: "We're drowning in bid requests." "Most of your inventory doesn't meet our quality thresholds." "We can't trust half the supply paths we see." The market was moving from quantity to quality. Our data wasn't showing it yet, but the humans on the buy side were crystal clear. THE QPT INITIATIVE We launched Quality, Performance, Transparency (QPT) based on this intelligence: 1. Cut SSPs from 26 to 16 (heading to 13) 2. Removed ALL reseller lines 3.
