About us
Specialty Systems (SpecSys Inc.) was founded in 1997. In its infancy the single-employee, consulting business primarily supported the design and engineering departments of machinery and equipment manufacturers. With the addition of 3D CAD design/drafting, engineering analysis, and finite element analysis (FEA) SpecSys Inc. quickly grew beyond a single consultant. Today SpecSys offers a full range of engineering and manufacturing services throughout multiple locations to meet each client's specific needs.

Manufacturing Month is a time to celebrate what’s made in Minnesota!! We got to share all the cool things we do with some students this month!
👷♀️🛠️ 👷♂️ October is Manufacturing Month in Minnesota - a time to celebrate one of the state's most essential and innovative industries. SpecSys Inc. in Granite Falls was proud to open its doors to two local high school as a part of the Tour of Manufacturing, organized by the Southwest Minnesota Private Industry Council. We were able to share the variety of career opportunities that manufacturing offers while showing students how our teams build a train locomotive - from design to finished product. Thank you to the SWMNPIC for coordinating these tours and to all the students and educators who took the time to visit and learn. RITALKA takes pride in showing students the many great careers they can find right here in the rural Midwest! Read the full story from SWMNPIC's October newsletter: https://lnkd.in/gEpdhKqf

For Manufacturing Month, the Southwest Private Industry Council bussed students from four local high schools to seven area businesses to showcase manufacturing careers in the region. Students from YME and Lakeview High Schools toured SpecSys in Granite Falls. Thank you to Laura, Paul, and Dave, who led the tours and showed students how we build locomotives - from concept to assembly - right here in the rural Midwest.
