Last week, we were proud to partner with The Doe Fund to host a series of mock interviews! Our team had a fantastic time connecting with participants, interviewing them, sharing practical tips, and helping them strengthen their professional skills. This month, we welcomed Hour Children, Inc. (https://hourchildren.org/) to the Steve Madden Corporate Office for a day of learning, connection, and empowerment. In partnership with Hour Children, we hosted a career readiness session focused on preparation for the next chapter in the workforce. From resume writing and interview tips to navigating the first days on the job, our goal was to provide practical tools and encouragement to help each participant move forward with confidence. We shared experiences, answered thoughtful questions, explored our Long Island City office, and wrapped up the visit with a special shopping experience at our Sample Sale. We’re so inspired by their determination and can’t wait to see what they accomplish next!
