⚡ November Employee Spotlight ⚡ ⚡ Kaley Stiener (Sr. Recruiting Sourcer) ⚡ We’re thrilled to shine the spotlight on Kaley, as she celebrates 3 incredible years with Storm Search on November 21st! Kaley joined the Storm Search team back in November 2022, diving right into the world of manufacturing recruitment. Since then, she’s become an essential part of the Storm family—valued for her collaboration, dedication, and the strong partnerships she’s built with both recruiters and account managers. Outside of work, Kaley’s all about making memories with her husband and their dogs—whether it’s camping under the stars, casting a line in the bay or getting lost in a good book. When she’s not outdoors, you’ll likely find her crafting something creative or working on renovations to their charming 1917 farmhouse. Thank you, Kaley, for your passion, positivity, and commitment to Storm Search. We’re lucky to have you on the team—and we can’t wait to see what the next year brings!

⚡ October Employee Spotlight⚡ This month, Storm Search proudly congratulates Todd (29th) and Michelle (30th) on their work anniversaries! ⚡Todd Schonover (Director, Recruiting Operations)⚡ Joined the Storm Search team in 2018. Todd’s educational background in Business Management along with a 15+ year sales career with Cintas, has allowed him to build many strong relationships across the NEO corporate landscape. Todd has a true passion for customer service and brings a positive mindset each and every day to the team setting. His love of sports and passion for winning, has allowed him to adapt to any team environment. Todd has been happily married for 24 years to Brandy and has two children, Noah and Ashton. He enjoys spending free time with his family and working with special needs individuals. ⚡Michelle Rhoads (Sr. Account Manager/Partner Success Lead)⚡ Michelle joined the Storm Search team in 2023. She brought with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in client relations and partnership building. Her fresh perspective has been instrumental in building the relational side of the Account Management team. Michelle has a very strong work ethic coupled with a desire to help wherever she is able. She strives to always be learning and growing both in a work setting and in her personal life. Michelle loves being active. She plays a lot of competitive volleyball and softball and hikes and explores any chance she has. She also loves to travel and has a long bucket list of destinations she hopes to see one day! In her free time, she also enjoys live music, spending time with family and friends, including her 4 nieces and nephews. We sincerely appreciate your commitment, effort, and the positive impact you make on the Storm Search team.

⚡ September Employee Spotlight ⚡ Storm Search would congratulate Jackie on her 5-year work anniversary on September 21st. ⚡ Jackie Collins (Director, Account Management) ⚡ Jackie joined the Storm Search team in 2020. She holds a degree in Health and Sports Studies from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Since 2016, she has been actively engaged in recruitment across diverse industries, effectively helping numerous candidates secure their desired roles. Her primary focus is on establishing connections with candidates, comprehending their interests and goals, and directing them towards a successful future. Jackie loves hanging out with her loved ones, buddies, and furry companions. She’s also a big sports enthusiast and can’t get enough of the beach and all kinds of animals. We’re grateful for your ongoing dedication to the Storm Search team. Your hard work and contributions make a real difference.

⚡July Employee Spotlight⚡   Storm Search would like to congratulate Krijn, Stacy, and Jared on celebrating their work anniversaries this month!   ⚡Krijn Phillips (Recruiting Manager) ⚡   Krijn joined Storm Search in 2023, bringing a strong passion for developing and training others around her. She came to us with a strong background in Engineering recruiting and has diversified her skillset the past few years to include Accounting & Finance, IT, Sales, and Supply Chain /Logistics. Krijn’s ultimate goal is to make strong connections with her candidates and help them achieve their Unimaginable Lives.   Outside of work Krijn loves to spend time with friends and family, travel, go on outdoor adventures, and cheer on her college team, the Indiana University Hoosiers.   ⚡Stacy Derry (Sr. Executive Recruiter)⚡ Stacy has been recruiting for 7 years and brings an unwavering passion for helping people take the next big step—whether that’s a candidate finding their dream job or a client landing their ideal hire. She thrives on building meaningful connections and acting as the bridge between talent and opportunity. Stacy specializes in creating positive, lasting matches that make a real impact.   Outside of work, Stacy enjoys spending time with her fiancée and their animals. Though naturally introverted, one of his favorite parts of recruiting is the opportunity to connect with others and support their growth. Whether he’s helping a candidate find the right fit or encouraging a teammate’s success, Jared shows up each day with intention and heart.   At the core of everything he does is his family. His wife and son are his greatest motivators, reminding him daily why he gives his best to every interaction. It’s that drive to help others—clients, candidates, and coworkers alike—that fuels his passion for the work.   Outside the office, Jared enjoys spending quality time with his family, watching and talking all things sports, and challenging himself to pick up new skills and grow in every season of life.   Thank You for all that you do.
