Temu participated in the World Customs Organization's 3rd Symposium "Removing Counterfeits from E-Commerce", joining regulators, industry partners and rights holders to exchange perspectives on strengthening IP protection in cross-border trade. We are grateful for the opportunity to take part in the panel discussion on "Using Data to Combat Counterfeiting in E-Commerce," where we highlighted Temu's efforts to strengthen brand protection and support industry collaboration.
Key Takeaways from the 3rd WCO Symposium on “Removing Counterfeits from E-Commerce” On 25 November 2025, the WCO, with support from CCF Japan, held its 3rd Symposium focused on tackling counterfeit goods in the digital marketplace. In her keynote, Marion Jansen (OECD) highlighted that while digitalization creates opportunities, it also opens new channels for illicit trade—calling for stronger enforcement, better data systems, and deeper cross-border cooperation. The event gathered 900+ participants from Customs administrations, international organizations, rights holders, industry, e-commerce platforms, and academia—reflecting growing global momentum. A panel discussion on “Using Data to Combat Counterfeiting in E-Commerce” featured insightful contributions from Portugal Customs, Temu and Puma on how data can better protect consumers and legitimate trade. The impressive results of WCO Operation STOP IV - to target counterfeit medicines and IPR-infringing goods in e-commerce- were shared: with 1,066 cases reported and 1,774 seizures conducted. With support from RILO, the EU, Europol, INTERPOL, OLAF, INCB, and others, the operation strengthened inspections, risk management, and intelligence sharing and provided capacity building in the lead up to the Operation. We're pleased to share that Temu has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with bpostgroup, digital expert in parcel size logistics operational in Western Europe, North America and Asia, to deepen our logistics collaboration. The partnership will enhance delivery efficiency in Belgium and Canada, expand diversified delivery models (including heavier parcels), and improve access through bpostgroup's pick-up and drop-off networks. As part of the cooperation, bpostgroup will also share its logistics and transportation expertise, including insights on environmentally responsible and low-carbon solutions that can support Temu's operations. This MoU supports Temu's growing local seller base in Europe and will help more consumers access quality products at affordable prices. We look forward to working closely with bpostgroup to better serve local businesses and customers across Europe and North America. #Temu #bpostgroup #logistics #ecommerce #partnership #Belgium #Europe

📦 Temu Partners with Royal Mail to Boost Support for UK Sellers We’re pleased to share that Temu has partnered with Royal Mail to offer UK-based sellers seamless access to Click & Drop, Royal Mail’s free-to-use shipping platform. Through this integration, sellers can now quickly generate shipping labels and manage dispatches once orders are imported. As parcels are shipped, Click & Drop automatically updates the seller’s Temu store, ensuring accurate tracking and real-time order status updates. ✅ A More Reliable UK Shipping Experience By leveraging Royal Mail’s trusted delivery network and its extensive ecosystem of more than 24,000 drop-off and collection locations—including lockers, Royal Mail Shop stores, Post Office branches, parcel postboxes, and customer service points—Temu’s UK sellers gain a smoother, more reliable shipping experience. This makes managing deliveries across the UK easier than ever. ✅ Supporting Local Sellers Across Europe Since last year, Temu has been inviting local sellers across 30+ markets—including the UK, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy—to join the platform. Temu expects local sellers and local fulfilment to eventually drive up to 80% of its European sales, bringing consumers a wider and more locally relevant selection, faster deliveries, and stronger support for local businesses. #Temu #RoyalMail #ClickAndDrop #Ecommerce #Logistics
