  • Digital violence is also a sexual and reproductive health and rights issue. ❌Coercion ❌Sharing images without consent ❌Sextortion They undermine girls’ and women’s right to decide for themselves. Freedom, safety, and choice must be protected online too. There is #NoExcuse. Digital spaces should be safe spaces for all. #16Days

    • Infographic with an orange background and a bold text stating: 'Digital violence is also a sexual and reproductive health and rights issue, because safety, freedom, and choice must be protected online too.'
  • More than 28,000 women and girls have been killed in Gaza since October 2023. The ceasefire does not erase the fact that their most basic human needs have been destroyed. Systemic attacks to essential infrastructure have resulted in the collapse of healthcare services, including those vital to women’s sexual and reproductive health. The world cannot continue to fail Palestinian girls and women. A ceasefire does not mark the end of the genocide and the colonial apartheid, nor does it ensure accountability from Israel for its violations of Palestinian human rights — including the sexual and reproductive health and rights of women and girls. On the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, we call for justice and the fulfillment of Palestinians’ inalienable right to self-determination — grounded in gender equality and human rights.

    • Palestinian girls and women continue to endure the harrowing impacts of the genocide. Their sexual and reproductive health and rights must be safeguarded.
  • 🤲 An offering of gratitude and a celebration of women’s strength and power. Listen to the opening song in the Voices of the Oceanic Pacific audio series, which will present reflections, memories, and songs exploring what it means to belong, to resist, and to lead. Change is calling us to Narrm (Melbourne), Australia — to the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation — for the Women Deliver 2026 Conference #WD2026, where we will come together to resist, reimagine, and rebuild. 🎧 Stay tuned for more stories: https://bit.ly/3U4LGYl

The Feminist Playbook has landed in Lebanon 🇱🇧 This week, we brought together partners in Beirut for a Feminist Playbook consultation with The Asfari Institute for Civil Society and Citizenship at the American University of Beirut 👏 We believe in the power of collaboration — across sectors, issues, and borders. That’s why it was so important to meet with advocates in the region and keep brainstorming together a shared vision for justice and equality. During the visit, Paola Salwan Daher, our Senior Director for Collective Action, also took part in a panel exploring how to transform feminist diplomatic commitments into real change — integrating justice, equality, and peace into everyday practice and anchoring global frameworks in local feminist experiences. We were thrilled to connect with regional advocates, exchange ideas, and imagine what’s possible when we keep pushing together. ✉️ Want to join the process? • ❌Cyberbullying ❌Trolling ❌Online threats and abuse ❌Doxing These forms of digital violence are threatening the lives of many girls and women. They not only cause harm online but often lead to real-world gender-based violence as well. Digital violence can deny girls and women their access to critical information about their bodies, contraception, and support systems—limiting their ability to make empowered and informed choices. There is #NoExcuse for digital violence. During #16Days and beyond, let’s #EndDigitalViolence and make the digital space a place where everyone can learn, speak, and decide freely.

  • The African Regional Convening Towards #WD2026 is here 👏 Led by Sonke Gender Justice, this convening in Nairobi unites feminist organizations, youth networks, and grassroots movements from across Africa. 🌍 Why? To accelerate progress on SRHR and gender equality across Africa. Africa is home to the world’s youngest population, yet many young people — especially adolescent girls, LGBTQIA+ people, and those in rural or crisis-affected areas — remain excluded from decision-making spaces. The region faces unique challenges in advancing the rights of girls and women, including: 💚 SRHR under threat 💰 Global funding cuts 🫂 Shrinking civic space ❌ Rising anti-rights movements In 2023, we held #WD2023 in Kigali. Now, we are coming together again in this regional convening ahead of WD2026, showing that feminist action doesn’t stop when a Conference ends. We carry those learnings into the work ahead. This convening is an opportunity for African voices and priorities to guide the path to our next Conference. We’re thrilled to host a Feminist Playbook consultation there so these perspectives can drive the Playbook’s process 👏

  • ✊ At the Women Deliver 2026 Conference (#WD2026), we will mobilize bold commitments from donors, governments, youth networks, civil society, and feminist movements worldwide. But the Conference is just the spark. Transforming our sector won’t happen overnight. It may take years, even decades, to chart a path forward. But WD2026 gives us a powerful moment to begin that journey together. In the lead-up to the conference, Women Deliver is activating global spaces, hosting consultations, and building momentum toward the future that adolescent girls and women deserve. 🌏 The Playbook belongs to all of us — and we can only shape it together. In the coming months, we’ll continue hosting consultations in Nairobi, Beirut, and the Pacific. We want you to join this co-creation process! 👉 Emails us at feministplaybook@womendeliver.org to express your interest 👉 Keep an eye on our consultations calendar for upcoming dates — updated regularly! • ⚠️ In Gaza, 328,000 girls have lost access to education. Education is the foundation of autonomy, informed decision-making, and the ability to access and exercise sexual and reproductive rights. The loss of education doesn’t just mean missed opportunities to learn; it directly undermines reproductive justice. When girls are denied education, their ability to make decisions about their own bodies, health, and futures is put at risk. ‼️ 📚 Education is a path to reproductive justice; it cannot be taken away.

  • Girls and women in #Sudan are enduring unimaginable suffering. They face sexual violence, hunger, and a collapsing health system. Hospitals are being attacked, even maternity wards, where patients and health workers should be safe. Violations of girls' and women’s bodies, health, and dignity are violations of their human rights. We call for the protection of civilians and humanitarian workers, respect of international humanitarian law, and unhindered humanitarian access. The world must not look away and #KeepEyesOnSudan.
