You can bulk import candidates with a spreadsheet in LinkedIn Recruiter. The file is limited to 200 candidates and must be in CSV format. Most spreadsheets or database applications will export to this format.
The system ignores the first row of the spreadsheet. The required fields must be included in the spreadsheet for the import. Ensure that the spreadsheet only contains the following columns, in the order below:

Phone number (optional)

Job title (optional)

Company (optional)

Location (optional)

Pipeline stage (optional, check your project's pipeline for available pipeline stages)

Note (optional)

Note visibility (optional, options include: ONLY_ME, PROJECT_MEMBERS, or ANYONE. If left blank, note visibility will default to PROJECT_MEMBERS.)

Tags (optional, only preexisting tags can be added to candidates)

Click Projects at the top of your Recruiter homepage.

Click the project title. You can use the search bar and filters on the left to locate your project.

Project settings. -
Under Import candidates, click Download sample file.
