- [Instructor] With the brainstorming skills warmed up, it's the role of the facilitator to advance the group to start thinking about the work we're actually doing here: building a strategy. We're continuing with our example of increasing equality for women in technology spaces. As the facilitator, let's get things started by simply asking, what is working well? Help the participants leverage that momentum built from brainstorming a good list of stakeholders. Here at the top of the screen, and actually I love to keep this list visible and readily available as we dive into this next step as seeing who the team is thinking about helps give everyone some context, and start to scope the focus of the discussion. So again, start by asking, what is going well? Maybe you have to get the conversation going and start off with something you observe that is going well.
