- [Jamie] People always have their own ideas on how to move forward. Everybody's got a strategy, everybody's got a plan, but it isn't until it's our collective strategic plan that it'll work. I've seen at every level of the organization. Coaches harp on the need and the value to be strategic. And yes, that, of course, is a good thing. But the real missing piece, whether you're on a development team or the VP of sales, is having the facilitation skills to wield those individual efforts into a specific, measurable, articulated plan. Hi, I'm Jamie Champagne, and I know that the power of a good strategic plan is simplicity, and the key to getting that outcome is collaboration.
