- [Instructor] Before we jump into making Frames, let me briefly describe what they are. If you're creating an app, for instance, an app design, and you want to have app screen designs like this, well, in order to make a container for those designs at a certain size, you're going to probably use a Frame. A Frame is kind of like an Art Board in Illustrator, Adobe Illustrator. You can make as many different Frame sizes as you want. They can be all different things. Like if I come over here and look, all these different presets we can work with. You can make them for your designs for like web design, app design, any other design. I can use them to hold stuff, like brand elements maybe. You can even use Frames within Frames to nest to create what's called a hierarchy. So think of Frames as art boards or pages. Let's jump in and make some. Okay, with your design file open. Come down here, you're going to see we have a Frame. Now that arrow to the right there, you can choose Frames…
